CHARLOTTE, N.C. (TheCCSA.com) - Florida Gulf Coast's Jennifer Morgan (Edmonton, Alberta) has been selected as the CCSA Women's Swimmer Week, while North Florida's Fernanda Robles (Sao Paulo, Brazil) and Florida Gulf Coast's Cayla Collins (Largo, Fla.) shared the Diver of the Week honors for meets competed Sept. 24-30, the League announced today.
Morgan had a good showing at the All-Florida Invitational. She earned fourth place in the 200-yard relay with a time of 1:36:64 and was a member of the 400-yard medley relay that placed sixth at 3:53.62. Morgan placed fifth in both the 100-yard backstroke and 200-yard backstroke with times of 56.99 and 2:03.22, respectively. She was also a part of the 400-yard freestyle that earned fourth with a time of 3:29.87.
Robles competed in both the 1-meter and 3-meter diving events at the All-Florida Invitational. She was North Florida's top finisher in both events, posting 205.40 points in the 1-meter board and 226.20 in the 3-meter board.
Collins also competed in both the 1-meter and 3-meter diving events. She placed 12th in the 1-meter board with a score of 184.15. Collins earned seventh place for the 3-meter board with a 227.05 total.
